LAURA BORDERS
Program Director
Laura has been an educator, therapist and facilitator/trainer for the past 25 years. She has experience in the areas of community, military, psychiatric, rehabilitation and outdoor recreation.
Laura received her Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy from Central Missouri State University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She received her Master’s Degree in Education from Indiana University.
Laura has extensive experience and training in program development and implementation. She excels at creating goal driven experiential learning for individuals, youth/teen groups, adult groups and business teams. Her expertise is specifically in team development and leadership training.
Laura is passionate about providing others the opportunity for personal and professional growth. She is committed to creating transformational experiences for the families, schools and businesses in Central Indiana.
SARAH COUDRET
Facilitator/Trainer
Sarah graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Business Communications. She spent seven years with Roche Diagnostics as a Human Resources Consultant, focusing on the training and development of Roche employees, as well as managing employee relations within the Diagnostic and Biochemical divisions.
Sarah is a committed “Mom” and has enjoyed the flexibility of being a Facilitator with the SPICE Challenge Program for four years. Sarah is an exceptional leader with both youth and adult programs. She offers learning and fun and is the most requested leader on the course.
TOM FORD
Facilitator/Trainer
Tom received his degree in Exercise Science from Virginia Tech. Tom has an extensive work history as a athletic and personal trainer and is currently pursuing a career in acting and directing.
Tom is most passionate about his 3 children and had the opportunity to be a stay at home Dad during their early years. Tom has been a trained facilitator on the challenge course for 4 years.
DESERI GARCIA
Facilitator/Trainer
Deseri is a passionate, dynamic coach, facilitator, and amateur athlete. She is the owner of her own business, Vida Aventura. Prior to that, she spent nearly 20 years in business development. Deseri is highly successful at developing and maintaining long-term relationships because of her ability to genuinely connect and understand what is important to her clients. She has also coached runners and walkers in training for charity race events.
NIKKI GREISL
Facilitator/Trainer
Under her belt are nearly 20 years of work helping individuals and companies discover and achieve their best. Nikki began her career in healthcare…first providing patient care as a respiratory therapist. The constant search for the next challenge led her down a career path that included VP of Sales and Marketing and CEO.
In 2004, Nikki was the position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Paradigm Consulting and Beyond Your Best. Her responsibilities there included assessment of corporate training needs as well as one-on-one executive and personal coaching. Recently, Nikki created the Visionary Group of Indiana that provides coaching and leadership training to parents, individuals and businesses.
TONI NEELY
Facilitator/Trainer
Toni has dedicated the past 6 years to training, coaching, and accelerating teams and individuals in both the corporate and private sectors.
A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Toni spent her first 15 years with a liquor and wine wholesaler in Indiana. She began her career as a sales trainee and in 5 short years, earned her place as the General Sales Manager for the Northern Division of Indiana. In the year 2002, Toni became the statewide trainer for the company. It was in that role where she discovered her true passion for developing leaders.
Toni has accumulated extensive experience in coaching people and teams to unprecedented results through her commitment as a corporate trainer coupled with her four year involvement as a coach with Beyond Your Best. Whether in a workshop format or on an individual basis, Toni is a proven leader effective at creating vision and a game plan that consistently produces breakthrough results.
CHRIS WITTMAN
Facilitator/Trainer
Chris is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Public Affairs. He continued his education at Ball State University where he received his training for elementary education. Chris taught 6 years for the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township.
Chris is passionate about his family. He and his wife Susan have 2 daughters that they adopted from China. Chris made the decision to be a stay at home Dad to parent his girls.
Chris enjoys being with his family and participating in Colonial Re-enactments. He also enjoys being a facilitator with the SPICE program because it allows him to continue his role as an educator.
